Riccardo Patrese 1992 Williams race gloves

A very rare pair of Sparco race gloves as used by Riccardo Patrese driving for the Williams team in 1992 alongside Nigel Mansell. It was to be a dominating season for the team and their Williams Renault FW14B car in the hands of Nigel Mansell and Riccardo Patrese with the Mansell taking the drivers title and Patrese finishing in second. Patrese took a single win at the Japanese Grand Prix and had eight other podium finishes, including six second place results. The gloves show good signs of wear and are a nice collectors item from a year of F1 dominance from the Williams team and Mansell’s one and only championship. Reference: GLO-RICPATWILL92-01
