The Army Achievement Ribbon is given to recognize significant accomplishments that don’t meet the requirements for the higher Army Commendation Ribbon award. Commanders with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or higher have the authority to bestow this award. The ribbon is only granted for non-combat achievements, and members of other military branches may be eligible under certain circumstances. Bronze and Silver Oak Leaf Cluster devices can be added to the ribbon when worn on official US Army uniforms to indicate additional awards. The Army Achievement Ribbon meets the highest government standards and is approved by the US Military. US Veterans produce all US Military ribbons in the USA. The ribbons are shipped without a holding bar and are not mounted.
